  Hi people! Its been a while since we posted a blog. Also, we have been thinking  of a perfect niche for us and finally we are up to something which we think as the most appropriate one for us to speak about. We are going to constantly back you guys with our blogs centered on Teens and their mental health for a while. Teens are those who have constant mood swings, self-centered attitude, spending less family time, Peer relationships and so on. Adolescence is the name given for this transition period from childhood  to adulthood which is accompanied by some biological processes that explains the typical traits of Teens. What is so special about teens?  Nothing much we just wanna make teens feel special like us.
