Science has  given man the chance to follow ethics, education and culture and it provides an insight to every aspect of living. 

                               About Transition , not only the cosmos as a whole  but also the habitants and every independent soul transforms over a period of time 

To be more into the transition of an  individual , 

   When you feel self- contempt , all you need is to transform yourself to a person with self acceptance 

   When you see yourself out of the flux, you need to strive for flow

    When you strive for a flow, find yourself a purpose 

   Be internally resourced and manipulate things but don't exploit.
